A simple sentence yet it inspires me today, somehow, especially in a relationship.

Let me define them first.

De former perhaps is not necessary to discuss as it has not many terms in a relationship. However, conditions are defined as a subset of circumstances indispensable to some result or u may say prerequiste which is one thing to be completed before going further.

Guys and ladies have different terms and condition

To guys in their 20s, they search for hot chicks.
In their 30's, they still searching for hot chicks. But at this point, most men would just want to find a gal that is "fit" to be a wife,u know wat i mean.
N needless to explain in any stage of their life they keep searching,but one different thing is that after one get married, he lose de meaning of life. LoL

In contrast, ladies younger than 20 u muz be energetic and passion enuff to win their heart as ladies at de age are relatively active. U gotta bring her to explore the world or on the other hand she will lose interest in you. Also, they are very "fragile". Substantial patience and caring are needed even though they are incorrigible? (just joking)but in fact, there are many real life examples. De bright side is that given d innocence and purity for the age she's urs once u have her.

Ladies in 20s are diff from those younger than 20.Y? bcuz they might already have had several relationship. At this stage, all they wan probably would be security. It's not only mental security but also financial security. This is diffrent from group of 20 as d gals in 20 in general think they can live the life wif u as long as you truly love each other. Moreover, when u have a date wif her u gotta show her that u're financial independent n r able to uphold a family(not hao4 lian4!). Besides, the topic between u n her had better be sth that u're capable n she's interested and apply wif ur humour and romance.

Ladies in 30s, there is minor diff from 20s.A man should be more mature in dealing wif her such as not pestering her like a 17 yr old boy. If u appear to be very weak and indecisive over some small issues, sori it could mean u're almost out!

Here are some of my humble opinions. As the yrs go by guys search for mature woman, who is 25 or above usually, rather than little gals which is not consistent wif their rationality. N one can see that d conditions of ladies is just like a marginal effect curve in economics. That is, de conditions reach to the highest point at a given age(i personally think it's around 24) and then drop since then.
